- Work together with our development crew to create, build, and check out software programs.
- Help put in place new features and tools.
- Join in when we check out each other’s code to make sure it’s good and follows the best ways to do things.
- Find and fix problems to make sure everything runs as fast as possible.
- Share your thoughts on how we can do things better and smoother.
- Keep learning about new tech stuff and what’s happening in our industry.
Requirements :
- Really good at using at least one programming language, like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Know how we usually build software, like Agile or Scrum.
- Great at figuring out problems and paying close attention to getting things right.
- Can talk to people and work well with them.
- Can work alone or with a group of people.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Used tools like React, Angular, Django, or Flask to build stuff on the web before.
- Know how to use Git or similar systems to keep track of changes to our work.
- Have done a job or a project before where you made software.
- Understand how databases like SQL or MongoDB work.
- Love learning new things and trying out new tech stuff.
