Zeotap is expanding its Customer Intelligence Platform, a SaaS solution with a suite of products focused on customer data collection, ID resolution, predictive analytics, audience management, and activation. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting enterprise customers and business teams globally.
The ideal candidate will excel at solving problems, finding the root cause of issues, and working collaboratively within a team. This role involves end-to-end resolution of support tickets while keeping customers and internal stakeholders updated within the agreed timelines. Responsibilities also include escalating issues to internal teams following standard operating procedures (SOPs), creating internal knowledge base articles, and handling engineering support tasks as needed.

Responsibilities :
- Join our product development team to create modules for data-driven applications.
- Write high-quality, production-ready code that follows best coding practices.
- Provide support in troubleshooting issues in production to ensure smooth operations.
- Research and apply new technologies that address Zeotap’s specific business challenges.
- Follow Zeotap’s privacy and security policies closely, ensuring data protection at every step.
- Complete any required training on time to stay up-to-date with company guidelines.
Requirements :
- Seeking candidates for a 6-month minimum internship.
- Must have advanced knowledge in data structures and algorithms.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in programming with at least one of these languages: Java, Scala, GoLang, or Python.
- Solid SQL skills, beyond basic querying.
- Degree in Computer Science or IT with strong academic performance.
- Experience working with large datasets (terabyte scale).
- Strong knowledge of transactional and high-scale systems.
- Completed courses in Big Data and NoSQL technologies.
- Training or coursework in complex SQL queries.
