We help law-related organizations handle tasks like eDiscovery, Litigation, and Administration using our software and services. Our main tool is a powerful online platform that helps law firms manage big amounts of data, find important information using AI and advanced searches, and arrange evidence to support their clients in legal cases.
Now, our Partner is expanding globally and is setting up a new office in Bangalore to serve more clients.
As a Software Developer Trainee, your job will be to create software and systems that help manage our platform and applications.

- Writing neat, easy-to-understand code for our program.
- Working with different teams to plan, design, and add new features to our application.
- Making sure our app runs well, responds quickly, and works smoothly.
- Finding and fixing problems in our app, like things that slow it down or make it crash.
- Making our app run faster and better by tweaking the code.
- Always learning about new tech stuff and figuring out if we should use it to make our app better.
- Helping to keep our app’s home (the infrastructure) safe and able to handle more users as we grow.
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering.
- Really good at talking with others and working with teams even if they’re in different parts of the world.
- Always want to learn more and do a good job.
- Have some experience with programming languages like Ruby, Java, or Python.
- Know a bit about front-end stuff like JavaScript, CSS, or HTML.
- Work well with others and take charge when needed.
- Can stay focused and positive even when we’re in a hurry.
- Need to come to the office in Bangalore every weekday.
