Primary Responsibilities :

  1. Audio-Video Technology Management:

    • Manage and provide support for Audio-Video technology in meeting room spaces.
    • Govern the use and functionality of AV equipment.
  2. Equipment Testing and Troubleshooting:

    • Test and resolve issues with AV equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and adjust audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Audio Recording Operation:

    • Operate audio recording equipment effectively.
  4. Electronic Equipment Repair:

    • Possess skills in electronic equipment repair.
  5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

    • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Inventory Management:

    • Maintain inventory of AV equipment.
    • Connect wires and cables as needed.
  7. Live Event Setup:

    • Set up video and audio equipment for live events.
    • Install, test, and adjust equipment to enhance auditory and visual experiences.
  8. IT Support and Service Management:

    • Provide IT support to end-users for Requests, Incidents, and Changes.
    • Utilize ServiceNow ITSM system for managing IT service requests.
  9. Infrastructure Expertise:

    • Understand and manage the infrastructure setup of MS TEAMS, MS Office, and Skype.
    • Collaborate with local and global CIS operations teams to support networking, virtualization, and end-user computing.
  10. Hardware Lifecycle Management:

    • Assist with the lifecycle replacement of client hardware as per global standards.
  11. Daily Administration Activities:

    • Perform daily administration activities for IT infrastructure, including operating systems, storage, applications, backups, and account administration.
  12. System Support Documentation:

    • Develop comprehensive step-by-step documentation for system support tasks.
  13. IT Inventory Oversight:

    • Manage IT inventory efficiently.
  14. On-Call Rotation Participation:

    • Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation when required.

This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, from AV technology management to IT support and infrastructure administration, emphasizing the need for technical proficiency and effective communication skills.

Eligibility criteria :

  1. Educational Background:

    • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in IT.
  2. Professional Experience:

    • Either a fresh graduate or hold up to 2 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
  3. Expertise in IT Infrastructure:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in managing server infrastructure, storage, virtualization, networking, and end-user computing.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Exhibit problem-solving skills, particularly in operating systems such as Windows and Linux, VMware, and networking.
  5. Skype/Teams Voice Exposure:

    • Any exposure to MS Skype/Teams voice solutions will be considered an added advantage.
  6. Collaborative Work Approach:

    • Excel in working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Proactive and Independent Work Ethic:

    • Display a proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented work ethic.
    • Work independently while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills.
