Job Description :
- You make sure that all the audio-video equipment in our meeting rooms works smoothly. You take care of setting up and managing the devices, fixing any issues that come up, and making sure everything is ready for live events.
- You also handle electronic equipment repairs and keep track of our inventory. Connecting wires and cables is part of your job too.
- For IT support, you assist end-users with their computer-related needs, using a system called ServiceNow. You’re familiar with setting up and troubleshooting tools like MS Teams, MS Office, and Skype.
- You work closely with local and global IT teams to support our network, virtual systems, and user computers. You help replace old hardware according to our global standards.
- On a daily basis, you do various tasks like installing and updating software, managing accounts, and ensuring our systems are secure. You also create easy-to-follow guides for system support.
- Managing our IT inventory is part of your responsibility, and you may need to be on call 24/7 sometimes.

Required Skills :

- Should be good at solving problems with operating systems like Windows and Linux, as well as with VMware and networking.
- It’s a plus if you have experience with MS Skype/Teams voice solutions.
- Should be comfortable working in a team and be proactive and independent.
- Strong communication skills are essential, and being detail-oriented is a must.
