Job Description:
- Engaged in Agile practices across diverse business units, with a focus on managing the talent landscape and providing market intelligence as per demand. Responsible for strategically establishing and nurturing a network of suppliers, while also taking ownership of the design and execution of digital branding strategies. Overseeing referral programs and managing sourcing expenditures are integral aspects of the role.
- Directly accountable for sourcing the most challenging and escalated positions, with guidance provided to Aligned Sourcers. Additionally, offering consultation to the business and overseeing specific hiring programs upon the request and approval of TA BAMs (Talent Acquisition Business Area Managers) and TA Leads.
- Aligned with a specific business unit, the role involves actively building a candidate database through various channels, including industry networks, job boards, social media, and aggregator networks. Conducting preliminary CV screenings, interest checks, and administering screening tests are essential tasks. Ensuring the tagging of screened candidates against flagged requisitions and maintaining a feedback loop with candidate management teams, vendors, and candidates are critical responsibilities. There may also be involvement in supporting the candidate management team for specific positions and events.
