- Great at analyzing problems and managing time effectively.
- Has the motivation to see a project through from start to finish, including coming up with ideas, discussing them, and making them happen.
- Can work independently and is good at keeping things organized.
- Experience with maintaining an open source project at a high standard is a big plus.
