Job Description :
- Be ready to work around the clock, including weekends, to support critical services.
- Provide on-call support 24/7 to meet the needs of customers.
- Solve complex problems that involve different systems like operating systems, networks, and databases in a cloud-based setup.
- Handle emergencies in real-time, figuring out and fixing issues with the application and infrastructure.
- Solve problems with the ‘Push-To-Talk’ solution by joining calls with customers, collecting logs and network data, and passing on issues if needed.
- Install and set up the ‘Push-To-Talk’ application, making sure servers can communicate over the network.
- Keep an eye on how well the network and application are working and if the service is running smoothly.
- Create tools and web services to analyze logs, system health, and network data, helping to solve problems faster.
- Make tools that automate monitoring, checking the important performance indicators of the ‘Push-To-Talk’ solution, and providing easy-to-understand status updates.
