Job Description :
- Collaborate closely with the Functional Lead to offer technical assistance during the planning and building stages.
- Assist in resolving any system-related issues during setup and configuration to ensure smooth operation.
- Take part in discussions regarding requirements, design, and code, offering valuable insights and feedback.
- Familiarize yourself thoroughly with all Lennox International Engineering applications to provide effective support.
- Manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously as various projects progress concurrently.
- Utilize log analysis techniques to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
- Have a basic understanding of Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, with broader knowledge of programming languages such as C#.
- Be acquainted with web services and APIs like RESTful and SOAP, essential for integration purposes.
- Understand Agile methodologies for streamlined development processes.
- Possess foundational knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms like Hybris, with broader knowledge of programming languages like Java, Hybris, J2EE, and Spring.
