Key accountabilities :
- Generate price quotes through the SAP system in response to customer inquiries.
- Input customer orders into the SAP system for efficient processing.
- Provide recommendations for compatible Festo products when customers have technical questions.
- Offer technical solutions to customers during in-person sales interactions.
- Address customer queries regarding quotations, order details, and delivery schedules via the CRM system.
- Respond to customer calls related to quotations and delivery status through the CRM system.
- Maintain daily tracking reports using the provided template.
Qualification :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Science
