As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you’ll join the Invesco India Technical Leadership Program (IITLP). This program aims to develop future technology leaders who will contribute to Invesco’s goal of creating top-notch technology solutions. These solutions will support global operations, lead in using data and new technologies innovatively, and enhance the investment experience for clients, helping them achieve more in life. In this role, you’ll be part of the Intelliflo/Digital Wealth Management team. This team collaborates with Product Managers, the GTM (Go-to-Market) team, Sales, and Technology teams worldwide to imagine and guide the development of products and services for the Wealth Management Technology program.

Your Role :
- Attend required classroom trainings and technology sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Engage in ongoing assignments focused on technical aspects.
- Contribute to the design and development of software applications, ensuring they meet requirements.
- Play a role in delivering end-to-end technology solutions, focusing on areas such as application development, web development, solution design, or quality assurance.
- Work within a scrum model to plan, design, implement, test, and deploy various technology solutions.
- Gain exposure to different product teams within the department by rotating through them during the program.
- Take part in continuous training sessions covering cultural, technological, and process-related topics.
- Collaborate with sponsors, mentors, and various personnel from business and HR departments to understand business objectives and successfully deliver projects.

- Completion of coursework relevant to the position, along with practical experience gained from internships, work experience, or personal projects, demonstrating the right skills and ability to learn quickly.
