- Manage day-to-day operations for clients, including tasks like loading new data and validating dashboard outputs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction is consistently high.
- Be an integral part of our support team in a startup environment, going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
- Utilize your skills in business and technical analysis to solve intricate problems and advocate for best practices in IT environments.
- Collaborate with various company departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction is achieved.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Understand and apply concepts related to relational databases.
- Possess basic programming skills and grasp fundamentals of web development, including languages like Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Have hands-on experience with Cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excel in working with large datasets in Excel, swiftly identifying and resolving data-related issues.
- Proficient in creating technical designs through iterative mockups.
- Demonstrate specific knowledge and application of IT services and financial management, including budgeting, cost allocations, and program portfolio management.
- Possess operational knowledge of various IT infrastructure domains, including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development & maintenance.
