We’re looking for an Automation Specialist Intern to join our Operational Excellence team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, developing, and setting up solutions using different automation tools like Python, KNIME, and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). As an Automation Specialist, you’ll work closely with teams across the company to understand their needs and build flexible solutions that help us reach our goals efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Understand what the business needs and use your automation skills to create flows or scripts that perform automated tasks.

  • Build Power Automate flows triggered by various events.

  • Integrate with other apps, including model-driven and canvas apps.

  • Set up and activate Adaptive Cards in MS Teams or Outlook using Power Automate and Power BI APIs.

  • Update or replace data in databases or SharePoint lists with PowerApps and Power Automate.

  • Work with different types of data and set up connections to SharePoint, REST APIs, databases, Dataflows, and more.

  • Have a good understanding of Power BI Dataflows.

  • Recognize data limitations and suggest solutions.

  • Use Python to create applications or flows that automate various processes.

  • Work with development teams to build RESTful web services.

  • Write unit tests for the code you develop.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and help find and fix bugs or issues with app integration.

  • Write reusable, efficient, and scalable Python code.

  • Plan and build applications, and coordinate with teams managing other parts of the product infrastructure.

  • Write clean, well-documented code.
