What you will do :
- Identify problems and collaborate with different teams within the company to address issues or work on development tasks.
- Keep the line of business and management updated on the status and condition of the application.
- Seek out ways to make monitoring better, improve application stability, and speed up the process of finding out why something went wrong.
- Use advanced skills in querying and programming to troubleshoot, analyze, research, and solve problems.
- Investigate the main cause of problems through root cause analysis.
Who you are :
- 0 – 2 years of experience working with SQL Server or any other database.
- Exposure to at least one programming language.
- Proficient in optimizing and writing SQL queries, including stored procedures.
- Familiarity or experience with SAP S4Hana is a bonus.
- Previous involvement with internal applications and providing application support.
- Capable of analyzing problems and proposing solutions.
- Comfortable working independently but also able to collaborate within a team.
- Able to assist users with technical and data-related issues in supported applications or during production.
- Shows a strong commitment to teamwork and inclusivity.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of devising technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Any certifications would be advantageous.
- Understanding of data modeling and data analysis concepts.
- Preferred knowledge or experience with other databases.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or Snowflake is preferred.
