Skill Required :

  • Ensure that the service provided to customers aligns with the agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in the contractual agreement.
  • Understand and clarify customer requirements by employing probing techniques, utilizing decision-support tools, and accessing relevant resources to effectively address customer issues.
  • Demonstrate active listening to discern customer needs and concerns, exhibiting empathy to build a positive rapport with the customer while adhering to established procedures for courteous and professional greetings.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of the client’s products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Create thorough and precise work, including comprehensive notations on accounts as necessary.
  • Participate in initiatives geared towards enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
  • Present additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
  • Record and retrieve information in the call tracking database to maintain an organized record of customer interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries by directing them to appropriate resources such as published materials, secondary sources, or higher-level staff as needed.

• Hold a degree (either graduate or undergraduate) in any field, as per the specific job requirements.

• Display politeness with a robust customer service mindset.

• Possess proficient computer navigation skills and a solid understanding of PC operations.

• Communicate effectively, both in written and verbal forms.

• Exhibit reliability with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excel in multitasking, showcasing adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

• Tolerate repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-production setting.

• Work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

• Maintain patience in all customer interactions, ensuring a pleasant and professional demeanor.
