Skill Required :
- Ensure that the service provided to customers aligns with the agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in the contractual agreement.
- Understand and clarify customer requirements by employing probing techniques, utilizing decision-support tools, and accessing relevant resources to effectively address customer issues.
- Demonstrate active listening to discern customer needs and concerns, exhibiting empathy to build a positive rapport with the customer while adhering to established procedures for courteous and professional greetings.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of the client’s products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Create thorough and precise work, including comprehensive notations on accounts as necessary.
- Participate in initiatives geared towards enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
- Present additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
