Make sure new features are built, tested, and launched on time and are really good, so they help our company make more money and be more successful.

Skillset :
We’re looking for someone who’s really good at using Java to make software and knows how to design systems well, solve tricky problems, and write code using object-oriented principles.
It’s important that you have experience working with systems that handle lots of transactions or use messaging systems where things happen at different times.
You should know how to balance making a system fast with making sure it’s always available when it’s needed, and you should care a lot about making sure the software you make is really good quality.
If you understand big business computer systems, how different parts of a system talk to each other, and how to store data so it’s useful for running a business, that’s even better.
It’d be great if you have a degree in computer science, engineering, math, or something similar from a really good school.
