Key responsibilities :
- Deliver initial technical support and aid to end-users, effectively addressing their IT concerns and inquiries.
- Record and monitor all support tickets, emphasizing precise documentation and timely issue resolution.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues through thorough diagnosis, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to escalate intricate problems for prompt resolution. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base with comprehensive articles and documentation, empowering users with self-service options and streamlining the troubleshooting process.
Eligibility :
- 2021, 2022 & 2023 batch of any 3-year Graduation program (UG full time degree).
- Candidates having 50 % in X, XII, Diploma or UG.
- Open to Indian nationals only.
- Being flexible to any work locations, shift timing, technology.
