- The IT Service Desk is like a central hub that helps our clients with any technical issues they might have. We’ve got a big team of 15,000 people all over the world who work together to support clients from different parts of the globe, totaling up to 90 clients!
- Technology has really changed the way we do things at the Service Desk. Nowadays, many companies use AI chatbots to help out. These bots are smart and can understand human language, so they can answer common questions and do simple tasks without needing a human to step in. This helps lighten the load for our team so they can focus on trickier problems.
- We’re also using something called Robotic Process Automation, or RPA for short. This fancy term basically means that we’re using robots to handle repetitive tasks that follow clear rules. - Candidates must have scored at least 50% in their 10th, 12th, or Diploma exams, as well as in their undergraduate (UG) degree.
