Responsibilities :
Business/Customer: Minimal customer interaction under guidance. Individuals understand domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies. Responsible for data entry into clinical/safety databases, ensuring accuracy and meeting turnaround times.
Coding:
- Import uncoded terms and export coded medical terms.
- Manage queries and prioritize “New Term Requests.”
- Perform dictionary upversioning as required.
Clinical Data Management (CDM):
- Limited to study conduct activities.
- Data review and query management with assistance.
- Limited email conversations with clients.
- Peer QC required for every activity.
Project/Process:
- Handle first-level processing of transactions.
- Refer complex problems to supervisors.
- Adhere to quality requirements and achieve targets within TAT.
- Comply with industry regulations.
Knowledge Management:
- Understand various document templates and standards, e.g., SOPs.
- Interpret documents and related terminologies.
People/Team Management:
- Adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance.
- Submit timesheets, assimilate, and maintain attendance.
Good To Have Skills:
- Pharmacovigilance & Safety Ops expertise.
- Experience in PV case processing.
