Responsibilities :
Business/Customer Interaction:
- Limited customer interaction with guidance.
- Understanding of domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminology like SOPs and QC checklists.
PV/Complaints Management:
- Data entry from source documents into Clinical/Safety database.
- Meeting turnaround times and ensuring accuracy.
Coding Activities:
- Perform coding tasks efficiently and within timelines.
- Import uncoded terms, export coded medical terms, manage queries, and create “New Term Requests.”
CDM Responsibilities:
- Limited involvement in study conduct activities.
- Data review and query management with assistance.
- Limited email communication with clients.
- Peer QC required for every activity.
Project/Process Handling:
- First-level processing of assigned transactions.
- Referral of complex problems to Supervisor/Line Manager.
- Adherence to quality requirements and achieving targets in specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Compliance with industry regulations and process-specific requirements.
Knowledge Management:
- Understanding various document templates and standards (e.g., SOPs) for interpreting documents and related terminologies.
People/Team Management:
- Adherence to organizational hygiene, compliance needs, including timesheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
