- Timely communication of queries, problems, or concerns related to work output to the team lead.
- Strict adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Generating specialized reports tailored to each application, such as reports on Service Level Agreement (SLA) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and the number of transactions processed daily, including successful transactions.
