Collaborate with Agile team to identify and define scenarios and workflows that accurately reflect client usage of the application.
Participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure functional accuracy of the product.
Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans to validate the accuracy of the produced product.
Perform detailed analysis of defects, conduct root cause analysis, and work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues.
Proactively identify testing risks and implement effective mitigations to ensure the development of a high-quality product within the specified delivery timeline.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to recommend, schedule, and facilitate testing events across departments, ensuring thorough application quality assurance.
Actively participate in client focus groups, engaging with clients as needed to gather feedback and insights.
