As an Associate Software Engineer you would largely be involved in:
- Design, build, test, assemble, and configure applications based on specific business requirements.
- Understand the key business goals that influence performance and deliver software that meets these standards.
- Incorporate the latest technology trends into your solutions, actively participating in the development of automation, new features, and integrating these updates into existing systems.
- Handle incident resolution and provide extended support to customers through voice calls, emails, chat, and remote assistance.

Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Basic knowledge of ABAP Development on HANA, including CDS, AMDP, and performance analysis.
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce.com configuration and customization.
- Solid knowledge of J2EE and full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC) development.
- Background in test automation engineering.
Testing and quality assurance skills:
- Creating test designs, test cases, test processes, and test data.
- Applying business and functional knowledge along with testing standards, methodologies, and guidelines to achieve overall testing goals.
- Designing and executing usability testing scenarios.
- Preparing and maintaining all reports related to the testing conducted.
- Analyzing testing results and sharing observations with the development team for improvements.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. in any engineering field or in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Data Science, or related fields. Graduation year can be up to 2024.
- No Active Backlogs: All subjects should be cleared at the time of application and onboarding.
- Work Experience: Must have no more than 23 months of full-time experience.
- Application Limit: Should not have attended an Accenture assessment or interview in the last 3 months.
- Degree Completion: The degree must be completed within the regular duration (e.g., a 4-year B.Tech should be completed in 4 years).
- Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen. Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a visa. Other foreign nationals need a work visa, OCI, or PIO card.
