Work you’ll do :
Provide daily support for Deloitte Learning Platform administration, specifically in the SABA Cloud (LMS) as an admin. Work closely with an extended team to support internal clients.
Offer expertise in managing catalogs, sessions, rosters, and advanced admin functions, including reporting for clients.
Quickly and accurately respond to questions about content, learning resources, organization, and where to find specific learning information.
Support learning initiatives by conducting ad-hoc research, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Redirect inquiries about system issues or functionality to appropriate resources, logging them in a tracking system.
Assist in testing new LMS features when needed.
Requires a foundational knowledge in areas like learning systems, data analysis, reporting, e-learning, and classroom setup and support.
Use basic system knowledge to perform job requirements, help improve processes, and establish standards. Tasks are generally routine but require analytical thinking.
Exercise good judgment in creating and applying procedures. May involve some project work, including gathering, organizing, tracking, and summarizing data independently or with a team. Regularly communicate and collaborate with others to exchange information.
The role requires some supervision but allows for independent decision-making within set guidelines and timelines.
Maintain a network of contacts and work with both internal and external teams for collaboration.
