Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and update technical designs based on project requirements.
  • Write application code while adhering to coding best practices.
  • Develop and run unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Perform analysis and complete documentation as needed for the project.
  • Assist in application testing and fix any issues found during testing.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Follow established processes for project execution.
  • Actively participate in training, personal development, and sharing knowledge with others.

Technical skills :

  • Apex Programming: Familiarity with Apex for coding, including batch processes, triggers, and flows.
  • Lightning Experience: Experience with Salesforce’s Lightning Experience, specifically working with Aura or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Sales and Service Cloud: Some hands-on experience with the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Customization: Knowledge of how to set up and customize Salesforce based on specific needs.
  • Integration Skills: Understanding of how to connect Salesforce with other external systems.
  • Agile Methods: Familiarity with the Agile way of working, including sprints and iterative development.
  • DevOps Skills: Experience with tools like Bitbucket or GitHub, and knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) processes.
  • Administration Skills: Ability to manage user accounts, security settings, and data in Salesforce. Also includes setting up roles, profiles, and reports.
  • Customization: Skills in designing custom elements in Salesforce, such as objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, tabs, reports, and dashboards to meet specific requirements.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong skills in communicating, analyzing issues, and solving problems.
  • Data Tools: Experience with tools like Data Loader and Workbench is a plus.
