About the Role :
As a Business Analyst, your main role will be to enhance the team’s reporting tools, methods, and processes. You’ll be responsible for preparing and sharing key weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics that are essential for tracking and managing business performance. You’ll handle multiple requests at the same time and prioritize them effectively.
You’ll work closely with other teams across the organization to ensure we meet or surpass our customer service goals and transport-related KPIs. You’ll develop simple, scalable solutions for complex issues and take charge of managing projects you’re assigned. Building strong relationships with our users will be a priority, as you’ll not only support them but also act as their advocate, while also considering the business objectives of your team.
