What you’ll be doing :
- Every month, you’ll be responsible for doing Quality Assurance (QA) tasks, where you’ll focus on finding both good and bad aspects of the work done by the Quality Control team.
- If you find any problems, you’ll tell the Quality Assurance Team Lead or Head about them.
- You’ll give feedback to the Quality Control analysts and try to figure out why things might have gone wrong.
- You’ll help the Quality Control team do their job better by sharing what you know with them.
- Sometimes, you’ll need to give extra training sessions to people who are having trouble doing their work well.
- You’ll also look for potential problems and try to fix them before they become big issues.
- You’ll help new people in the Support department learn how to do their job properly.
- You’ll work with other teams in different places to get things done together.
What you'll need :
- Good at speaking and writing in English.
- Have worked in Quality Support before.
- Have received good feedback from previous jobs.
- Very careful and good at noticing small details, and good at analysing things.
- Know how to use Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides in real-life situations.
