- Job Title: Frontend Development Intern
- Location: Remote (Meta Scifor Technologies, Bangalore, India)
- Stipends: Performance-Based

- Preferred Candidates: #freshers, Final Year Graduates, Recent Graduates
- Salary : 14k – 16k per month
What We Are Looking For :
- Academic Background: B.Tech, BSc, BCA, or any related field in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js). Understanding of responsive design and fundamental web development principles.
- Attributes: A strong interest in #frontenddevelopment, excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, adaptability, and a keenness for learning new technologies in web development.
Internship Details :
- Training Period:
- Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month training period, where they will learn about advanced frontend development technologies and best practices, including UI/UX design principles, to meet practical web development requirements.
- Internship Phase:
- After completing the training, candidates will transition to the role of Frontend Development Interns. In this phase, they will work on real projects under the mentorship of senior developers and receive a performance-based stipend.
- Potential Career Progression:
- Exceptional interns may be offered a permanent position as a Junior Frontend Developer, starting with a competitive salary range from INR 14000 to 16000, including a 10% salary increase every 6 months, along with opportunities for further career development.
Working Mode:
- 6 months: Entirely remote.
- Upon confirmation as a fresher employee: A hybrid model will be available, offering the flexibility to choose between remote work or on-site presence.
