- Understand how the dataset operates and be familiar with the processes involved, including using various work tools proficiently.
- Offer suggestions and innovative ideas for improving data collection methods and enhancing product features related to the dataset.
- Meet both individual and team targets consistently, ensuring that outcomes meet high standards of quality and excellence.
- Develop technical expertise within the department, gaining proficiency in relevant technologies and tools.
- Identify and resolve any problems or issues that arise, providing support to the team in improving workflows and processes.
