This role will involve helping create technical documents for our Site Reliability team. We’re looking for candidates who have experience in researching, creating, and producing different types of technical documents like knowledge articles and standard operating procedures. You should have a variety of skills, including writing, editing, and communication, to make sure the documents are accurate and well-written. In this position, you will report to the Manager of Content Strategy & Governance.

- Making sure everything related to knowledge in Site Reliability is organized and working well.
- Using what we know and the best ways of doing things to suggest ways we can get even better.
- Helping with analyzing and reporting on what works well in our content.
- Making sure that we follow the rules and guidelines for organizing and managing our knowledge.

- Have worked in technical writing before.
