Responsibilities :
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to different teams based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions for the business.
- Continuously meet the needs of stakeholders by understanding their analytics requirements and addressing them effectively.
- Keep track of current metrics, analyze data, and collaborate with internal team members to find areas where the business can improve.
- Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth.
- Develop new metrics or enhance existing ones to evaluate the performance of the business, and ensure proper implementation of data collection methods with the Data Engineering team.
- Work independently, showing creativity and delivering results promptly, while also being a team player and collaborating effectively with other teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, learning and applying best practices from them to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Document all key findings, trends, and growth opportunities to maintain a comprehensive inventory of insights.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure data quality and integrity, reporting any issues promptly and working with the appropriate teams to resolve them.

Technical Skills :
- Proficient in using SQL and MS Excel, with expertise in data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with Python and R is preferred, which are useful for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Understands data modeling principles and collaborates on constructing new data warehouse tables.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Looker or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable about basic statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing such as t-tests and z-tests.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing is preferred, allowing for informed decision-making based on experimental data.
Soft Skills :
- Possesses analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, able to tackle challenges effectively.
- Pays close attention to detail and excels in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with a focus on providing practical insights to important stakeholders.
- Proficient in creating presentations using MS PowerPoint or similar software, ensuring clear and engaging communication of findings.
- Demonstrates strong business understanding and applies it thoughtfully to address issues.
